Tier 2 Ministers of Religion – Minister in Charge

SUMMARY
Wonderful Gospel Ministries is a fast growing Church of God  in the united Kingdom seeks to employ Ministers of Religion with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Church pastoring, Evangelism and soul winning outreach ministration with immediate effect. The candidate should be a Born again Spirit Filled Christian Believer and must have basic pastoral training certificate and pastoral ordination certificate as a previous church pastor or assistant church pastor. He or she must have gone through Worker’s in training process. Evidence of training and on-going spiritual development will be required if shortlisted for interview. Experience of teaching bible studies and leading prayer sessions will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties will be purely outreach ministration, coordinating others pastor and church workers to engage in street evangelism, organizing crusade and evangelism programmed worldwide. He or she will be required to travel within the United Kingdom and abroad to organize programmed for the benefit of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and for the public teaching bible Studies, engage in prayer and fasting with a view to building spiritual protection for congregants and the community at large.

CANDIDATE

• Knowledge of how to play musical instrument will be added advantage
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate in Hausa, Yoruba is an added advantage.

Tier 2 Ministers of Religion – Youth Mobilisation Pastor

SUMMARY
At Wonderful Gospel Ministries we have a growing youth department and we are looking to recruit energetic and inspiring Youth Pastors, who will oversee the Youth Ministry at Wonderful Gospel Ministries, one that is honest, passionate and encouraging young people to grow in a lively, committed and bold faith in Jesus Christ.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To take overall leadership and responsibility for the scriptural direction and programme of the different youth groups covering the 11-18 age rang
• To be committed to growing young people as passionate disciples of Jesus
• To provide a full range of activities on Sundays and throughout the week (e.g. cell groups, Sunday morning & evening groups, involvement in evening service, youth mentoring, socials with sports as an outreach tool.
• To oversee a program, appropriate for the different age ranges, to gather youth and build community and friendships.
• To equip our young people to share their faith naturally & providing avenues for young people to discover their gifts (e.g. worship, leadership, admin, outreach, mission) and to look for opportunities to impact and grow them.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES REQUIRED

• A vibrant personal Christian faith that holds true to the teachings of the Bible
  A love of young people and a passion to make disciples
• A good communicator, both in writing and orally, having confidence to speak in front of large and small groups
• A person that can be used to reach out to young people in our area and tenacity to transform vision into action
• A team player, with the ability to encourage and work collaboratively with other volunteers and staff
• Someone who is skilful at creating programmes and has the ability to plan ahead

Tier 5 Charity Workers – Voluntary

SUMMARY
To be a charitable aim for the public benefit we are looking for voluntary fieldworkers for Wonderful Gospel Ministries in various events and community services which contributes directly to the achievement and advancement of our charitable purpose such as

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES REQUIRED

RESPONSIBILITES

• Sort and packs food parcels, essentials, and clothing materials for community residents.
  2. Plans and monitors product storage of items in the warehouse and ensures that food parcels are accurately sorted.
  3. Record and update the Trust’s planner with details of all food parcel deliveries.
  4. Oversees stock replenishment of essential items and updates the appropriate line manager if stock is depleting.
  5. Loads prepared food parcels into vehicles and assists with their distribution to members of the community.
  6. Display and distribute leaflets with local services information to the community.
  7. Checks food quality by ensuring the best before or use-by dates have not gone past and updating the appropriate line manager if there is any issue with the quality of the food.

REMUNERATION & WORK ENVIRONMENT
We will reimburse all reasonable travel and subsistence expenses on production of receipts paid out in the course of journeys.
You will not receive any form of payment or remuneration against your
services, including benefits in kind, except reasonable expenses outlined in section 44 of the National Minimum Wage Act
