SAFEGUARDING

Our Trustees understands and accepts the principles of safeguarding in order to support our safeguarding coordinators and volunteer workers. They aim to ensure that our safeguarding agenda is promoted throughout Wonderful Gospel Ministries amongst those attending meetings, outreaches or functions and those using the services we provide.

They aim to lead by example by attending safeguarding training, undergoing a criminal records check, as well as meeting regularly with the Safeguarding Co-ordinators to discuss and agree ways of promoting safeguarding within our Ministry.

Wonderful Gospel Ministry has membership with Thirtyone:eight an independent Christian charity which helps individuals, organisations, charities, faith and community groups to protect vulnerable people from abuse.
